Lavita AI — The Road Ahead
First off, the Lavita AI team would like to extend its deepest gratitude toward its community and followers for their support and encouragement on our shared journey. Lavita AI started with a grand vision of bringing secure and reliable AI to health data. Today, we are closer than ever to making that vision a reality for our users.
2025 — What We Achieved
2025 was a defining year for Lavita. After months of intense development, Lavita AI mobile app formally launched on Google Play Store in June 2025. The latest release of the Lavita AI app incorporates significant features:
- EHR Integration: native integration with the two most popular Electronic Health Record providers, Epic and Oracle Health (fka Cerner), providing seamless health data integration with end-to-end encryption and secure access protocols. Together these integrations could connect Lavita AI mobile app to thousands of providers in the United States, covering nearly two-thirds of the US population.
- Multi-Modal AI Chatbot: fully secure multi-modal AI workflow where users can access the latest open-source LLMs to securely analyze data from their medical images.
- Global User Account: seamless and unified access for users to securely interact with their health data through the mobile apps (Android/iOS) and the web platform (https://platform.lavita.ai).
- LAVITA rewards: wallet integration with Metamask (browser interface through the web platform) for users to claim token rewards for connecting EHR data.
And the response has been amazing; Lavita AI mobile app has surpassed 100,000 downloads in just 6 months.
As we step into the new calendar year, Lavita AI team is excited to share some important updates and plans for 2026.
2026 — The Year of Monetization
Lavita AI’s overarching goal for the year ahead is to aggressively monetize its health data platform through subscription revenue and partnership opportunities.
As Lavita AI generates revenue, we will use some of the proceeds to buy back and burn LAVITA tokens. Furthermore, users can spend LAVITA tokens as the currency for accessing premium features on the platform. Together, these will provide support to increase the perceived value / price of the LAVITA tokens in the future.
We truly believe that the sustainable value of crypto tokens like LAVITA is driven by their business fundamentals over the long term, similar to how the value of publicly traded company shares is driven by that company’s ability to generate earnings. Guided by this belief, the Lavita AI team remains committed to building a fully secure platform with unique features that are valuable to the users. As such, today we are excited to share Lavita AI product roadmap for 2026:
The new version of the Lavita AI mobile application, with paid premium features, will be launched in Q1 2026. As we get closer to the release date, we will share more information about the app features, freemium pricing, and the ability to subscribe to the app using LAVITA tokens. Stay tuned!
What about Competition?
Recently both OpenAI and Anthropic have made announcements about launching healthcare-focused versions of ChatGPT (link) and Claude (link). The attention from these large foundation model companies is an acknowledgement that Generative AI is poised to make profound impact on the healthcare industry, and we celebrate the positive impact that AI will bring to patients and individuals around the world. At Lavita, however, we believe that foundation model and big-tech companies are fundamentally not best positioned for providing privacy-first platforms in healthcare. There is an inherent conflict that always exists between data-privacy principles and the business model of these companies, which requires them to constantly accumulate and harness massive amounts of users’ data in order to improve their service offerings. It is because of this ever-present conflict that we believe the foundation model companies should not be the gatekeepers of personal health information but rather be part of the technology stack.
From the announcements made by OpenAI and Anthropic (links above), it is clear that their foundation models have direct, unencrypted, access to the individuals health data during the processing and inference phase, albeit in dedicated data servers with users opt-in features for sharing their data. In contrast, Lavita as a company can never access any users’ data, as Lavita’s full technology stack is designed and implemented based on privacy-preserving computation frameworks, including Confidential VM technology (link) and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) architecture (link). We believe that Lavita provides a unique solution for its users with true privacy and security features that are fundamentally differentiated from any competition.
A Few More Announcements
Our team would also like to share a few more important updates:
- Lavita AI’s Health Innovators Webcast: started in Q4 2025, our webcast will continue to host executives, entrepreneurs, and researchers from across the healthcare and biotech industries. The webcast will explore the frontiers of innovation at the intersection of AI and healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
- A Pause on the Lavita AI Training Jobs: when we started the “AI Training Jobs for Medical Q&A Tasks on Theta Edge Network” we had little anticipation that Lavita Medical Q&A Dataset ascends to become among the top 10 AI datasets on Hugging Face among more than 686,000 datasets. Just this past month, the Lavita dataset was downloaded more than 777,000 times, all the while distributing token rewards for the Theta Edge Nodes that provide computation for the AI Training Jobs. Now that Lavita AI is magnifying its focus on revenue generation opportunities to increase the value of LAVITA tokens, we plan to pause the Lavita AI Training Jobs after the launch of the new mobile app, in order to reduce the supply pressure of the LAVITA tokens, while we increase the tokens demand through the mobile app subscription model.
- Medical Sphere as an Independent Project: Medical Sphere is a promising initiative that was started inside Lavita. Today it has grown to cover hundreds of medical cases submitted by healthcare professionals and the community members. As Medical Sphere has grown in usage and developed its identity among medical professionals, we saw the need for it to grow beyond the Lavita community as an independent project, while Lavita AI doubles down on its focus on data privacy/security and monetizing the mobile apps. We wish Medical Sphere the best and encourage Lavita AI community to continue the support for it as an independent project.
One more thing …
As our team executes on the 2026 roadmap, we will strategically execute our plans to potentially list LAVITA tokens on centralized exchanges. Our goal is to balance supply and demand of the tokens, through increased utility of LAVITA tokens driven by the platform revenue generating opportunities. We understand the importance of both liquidity and sustainable / growing token value for our supporters and the Lavita AI community, and the Lavita team will do its best to deliver on both of these fronts. We will share more on these plans in the next few months.
